New Sales company in Bulgaria
At the end of February 2008 the distributors Display Bulgaria and HL Display entered into a contract of sale.
The company then changed its name to HL Display Bulgaria. The company started in October 2005 with the assignment of being the sole distributor of HL products in Bulgaria.

Share Split
The AGM resolved to increase the number of shares in the company through a
share split in which 1 old share will entitle to 3 new shares (4:1). The record
day for the share split is April 28, 2008. The price of the share is affected
already April 24, 2008.
